The Washington Post reported on Sunday that health professionals are at odds over one of the rules in the new health care law.  The issue on tap is how to go about keeping patients healthy (i.e. out of the hospital) and thereby lower costs to the broader health consumer.  The group tooled for upholding this goal is called an Accountable Care Organization, but there is no specific mandate on how to go about setting it up.  In other words, the ACO is just an acronym on paper for the moment...
